  1. When this happens, it means that the chocolate has burned and that it was heated at too high of a temperature or not stirred constantly. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to fix this, but when you try again, ensure you have the heat at the lowest possible heat, or use a double boiler to melt the chocolate to make sure it doesn’t burn.
  2. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. Add the white chocolate chips to a medium saucepan and heat on low heat, stirring constantly, until all of the white chocolate chips are melted. Once the white chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and stir in the strawberry frosting until well combined.
  3. Gently stir in the freeze dried strawberries and then pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  4. Add 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips to a medium saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until all of the white chocolate chips are melted.
  5. Once the white chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and stir in 1 ½ cups strawberry frosting until well combined.
  6. Gently stir in 1 cup freeze dried strawberries and then pour the mixture into the baking dish.
